GREAT for Resetting your mindset
I wish I had listened to this audiobook sooner! I feel like I'm never 100% like I could do more and make more of myself. So it's incredibly refreshing to listen to something that just washes all your troubles away. I can feel the energy in my body shift after I listen to an affirmation and repeat it to myself a couple of times.
I would recommend this audiobook to anyone who might need a jumpstart to their day or for anyone who may be going through a tough time or just needs a manual reset.

Very enlightening!!
I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook.
I played it with my headphones when I went to bed. Falling asleep while listening to affirmations is definitely a great way to put you into a relaxing sleep. Bonus, it also helps you to wake up feeling more positive.

Amazing audiobook
My favorite audio to date is this one. The affirmations in this podcast are fantastic. By listening to this when I sleep, I can concentrate on other duties at hand throughout the day because they are in line with how I already think. Loved it!
This book was very calming and soothing to listen to. I love the serene background music and the many uplifting and positive phrases throughout the book. I felt very at peace, inspired, and motivated after listening to this book. I especially appreciate the emphasis on how it is up to ourselves to choose happiness and success in our life. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for their spirits to be lifted and refreshed.
