Not What I thought

This story was shocking and at first you think she was this tough cookie here she had issues no one even herself knew she had I felt myself sad for her and I am glad at the end it turn out well for her

Very well written story that touches on mental illness and the desire to hold on to yourself. Well worth the listening credit.

oh my goodness this book was awesome I love the characters and the little twist oh my goodness this book is a must-have. JJ McAvoy Is Crafty.

How do I say this?

JJ McAvoy is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. That being said, I could barely stand the dull monotone of Theo the love interest throughout the first part of the reading. He seemed to liven up toward the end of the book. Maybe the author planned the reading that way, but he seemed utterly boring and uninteresting to me at first. Yes I still say McAvoy’s Ruthless series is her BEST work.

Plot twist!

It was a good book! There was a point that I was like nooooo please don’t do this to the book then bam another plot twist lol soooo J.J. be doin what J.J. do! Good read!

Surprisingly great

I bought this audiobook not really knowing what to expect, but I was so engrossed in this story from the beginning. The hero is a rich movie and music producer and the heroine is a waitress, janitor and credit card help line operator. The two seem really unmatched at first, but they begin a relationship. I just can't say anything more, but there are shocks and surprises that made me gasp and I had tears in my eyes several times- and I rarely cry over books! Mental illness is dealt with quite tastefully and the narration was very good. I recommend this angst filled story wholeheartedly!

I was blown away by the twist in book I would have never seen coming. Books are usually so predictable but this one had me from the start and I was so rooting for couple to make a go of it.
I've listened to hundreds of books and this one is in my top ten

I will be listening to more of the authors books as she does a splendid job of getting you involved in the characters and cheering for a happy ending

What a love story

Finding a love that truly is there through the good times and bad is increasingly rare air these days. This story climbs and struggles to the summit and finds a love that lasts.

Beautiful

This book just blew my mind!!! I wasn't expecting the twists and turns a God damn it was worth it.
