About this listen
SCP means secure, contain, and protect. I have compiled one of the top tales from the foundation which is SCP. I put it together as a book to bring more presence to the website. Please, sit tight and enjoy the stories as the book goes through the SCP universe. Tales range from mystery to horror stories. If you are looking for an inspiration or creative idea, the original website of the SCP Foundation has tons of authors and ideas to look through.
About SCP Foundation
Mankind in its present state has been around for a quarter of a million years, yet only the last 4,000 have been of any significance.
So, what did we do for nearly 250,000 years? We huddled in caves and around small fires, fearful of the things that we didn't understand. It was more than explaining why the sun came up; it was the mystery of enormous birds with heads of men and rocks that came to life. So we called them "gods" and "demons", begged them to spare us, and prayed for salvation.
In time, their numbers dwindled and ours rose. The world began to make more sense when there were fewer things to fear, yet the unexplained can never truly go away, as if the universe demands the absurd and impossible.
Mankind must not go back to hiding in fear. No one else will protect us, and we must stand up for ourselves.
While the rest of mankind dwells in the light, we must stand in the darkness to fight it, contain it, and shield it from the eyes of the public, so that others may live in a sane and normal world.

Story
What do you wish for most? It's a question that Oswald, Sarah, and Millie think they know the answer to. Oswald wishes his summer wasn't so boring, Sarah wishes to be beautiful, and Millie wishes she could just disappear from the face of the earth. But in the twisted world of Five Nights at Freddy's, their hearts' deepest desires have an unexpected cost. In this volume, horror master Scott Cawthon spins three sinister novella-length stories from different corners of his series' canon.

At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and that’s just on the first day. Story
For the first time ever, the H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society has produced an audio recording of all of Lovecraft's stories. These are not dramatizations like our Dark Adventure Radio Theatre - rather, this is an audiobook of the original stories, in all-new, never-before-heard recordings made by the HPLHS' own Andrew Leman and Sean Branney exclusively for this collection. This collection spans his entire career from his earliest surviving works of childhood to stories completed shortly before his death. All tales include original music by HPLHS composer Troy Sterling Nies.

Tales Of SCP
These 5 stories were okay, my favorite was Illumination, I believe it was the 2nd story, it was taken during World War 1, the rest of the stories were just mediocre in my opinion. I received this audiobook for free at my request and I am giving my voluntary unbiased review. The narrating done by Jim Masters was good.

Think along the line of BPRD
so this is kind of like BPRD or OCLT with a variety of short tales from the files of SCP. It’s a good collection well narrated with the appropriate accent to lend weight to the tales from the files. So why four not five? I prefer the BPRD and OCLT so if I give them a five I have to drop a notch down and give this one a four. You might switch it around in preference but regardless it’s a good listen in that style of story. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator or publisher

Not bad at all. I quite liked it. Why not do more?
The only thing im wondering at this point, is why doesnt this man do more SCP promotional codes for reviews. The first was pretty good. But we have no clue of the other books. I see there are maybe four or five. Why not do two more promotional review requests so we can see if the rest are as good as the first. To speak more directly about this collection of short scp stories here; pretty good. pretty creepy. I do very much enjoy the audio accompanying the stories. I think its music if im not mistaken. Tbh i might be in the minority here but i enjoy when i hear the sound effects of things going on in the story. It really helps me to visualize whats going on that much better. So yea, this is a very cool book. My only gripe I guess you could call it, would be the run time. Too short! Much more would be needed for me to give it a 5 star.

interesting selection of scp
This one I got free for an honest review.
I love the SCP web and all, now it wasn't a bad compilation of stories, they were very interesting some I haven't even yet read or hear of, I mean there's lots of SCP.
In a way I think the narrator didn't make it justice really, maybe that decreased a little on my experience, but it could be a great experience to get to know this stories for the beginners.
