The narrator will put you to sleep
It's too bad the author didn't narrate this book. His energy would have come across a lot better than the person who ended up narrating the book. The catch phrase "Hollywood" was used quite often the problem is that wasn't believable coming from the reading text.

Only read this book if you want to succeed in life.
This book was incredible. While I really wish Josh (I feel like we are on a first name basis.) would have read this himself, the content was still delivered. If you are, or ever want to be in Real Estate you need to read/ listen to The Altman Close. From his stories to his struggles, and from his must do’s and must ask questions, he delivers. This book is a blueprint for success. Now to apply it!
