Publisher's summary

Rule number two: Know what you want.

I made my own damn rules.

I got my revenge.

But if I thought I could go back to my old way of life, I was wrong.

The Bastard: Book 2 is the story of Mordie, a hero with a more flexible sense of morality than most. It is set in a Camelot that never existed, and is a tale of swords, secrets, magic, revenge, betrayal, and even a dragon or two. It contains harem elements, nudity, and sex between the hero and multiple partners, all of whom are willing and comfortable with the idea of nontraditional relationships.

swashbuckling femme fatales Arthurian style

loved it!! the swashbuckling seductresses just keeps you riveted for more. although they might not be enough time in a single setting or listening session. I would recomrnend pacing oneself.

good story

I thought book 2 was great. I was slightly fence ditting after book 1. I have listened to stories that just lost it and went nowhere or a divine happening solves everything. well this book just continues the story of Morddy. maybe he will finally pick a path.
I am happy there are no cliffhangers just anticipation of book 3. the mc is not a overpowered arrogant ass he just has charisma and a pretty face.
I am unsure about the camelot theme .maybe I am missing something but so far the author doesnt hide things in hidden meanings. I just want to be entertained not have to think too much. thanks to the author. I will get book 3 when it arrives.

Unique Camelot

~~~~~~~~~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️~~~~~~~~~
5 Star Review for The Bastard Book 2 by Jack Porter Narrated by Austin Walp.
Book 2 picks up right were book 1 left off. Mordie has just learned he is the Bastard son of King Arthur. An interesting twist on Camelot where Morganna and Mordrid are the good guys and Merlin and King Arthur are the bad guys. I’m in love with this series so I can’t wait to see what book3 has in store for us!
Austin Walp does an amazing job with the narration. He is brilliant at bringing Mordie to life. He moves in and out of character with ease and really made me hate Rolf.
Say he loves people
He say he loves people but he knowingly puts them in danger and he makes the worst decision, I am not a fan, the mc is to stupid to be king
