Not real sure about weigt loss but best nights sleep I've ever had! Love it!

Fell asleep and didn’t get to finish the book. Would like to listen to it again but am stuck in this review

Even better than I anticipated!

I have been hypnotized in the past to quit smoking and it was very successful. I wanted to try this to help me with weight loss. I listened to the entire thing for the first time this morning. Sometimes I felt like I wasn’t actually hypnotized but I know I was. What I thought was just about 15-20 minutes was an hour! I woke feeling relaxed and I have confidence that this will be a useful tool in my weight loss journey. I will come back to update my review in a month.

Actually Works

I bought this and the similar Paul McKenna title. I went to use the McKenna audio but it said to read the accompanying PDF first. So I did only to find out in the PDF that you were supposed to walk 20 minutes a day and not eat foods that were high fat, high sugar or processed food for at least 7 days before you used the McKenna audio.

So I began listening to this Bonetti audio instead. There were no such demands as with the McKenna method. You just listen to the audio. I do not know what most of the audio says as I play it at bedtime and fall asleep in less than 10 minutes (the audio is a bit over an hour long). I have played the audio every night since I first purchased it

I do know things started feeling different the very next day after I first played this audio and in 11 days I have lost 2.6 # without purposefully making any changes. I do feel full faster with less food.

I wanted to listen to it before allowing myself to go under and dang it if I didn’t go under anyway.

Very soothing voice. And you get none of that cruddy synthesizer fill.
