Informative and Inspiring

This book was very informative as well as inspiring. I would recommend it for anyone interested in getting healthy. I also highly recommend getting the ebook as well so you have a quick resource for the recipes and other information you may want to be able to reference quickly.

Lovely Book!

What a wonderfully informative book. It was a pleasure to listen to while enjoying my morning walks. Glucose issues run in my family, and so learning all I can about how tp manage blood sugar is very important to me.

Extremely Informative! Enjoyed listening to it.

Easily followed

A very good guide with detailed strategies!

I wish I had this guide earlier in life. This book struck a great balance between health science education on glucose and the emotional components that come with conquering cravings.
