Entertaining

Story captures your attention from the start. Little details become available all through the book to keep the audience's attention. Enjoyed it very much. Narrator was a little dull at times but all in all worth the listen.

Suspense and entrigue

Great listen and very good story with many twists and guessing. I wasn’t crazy about the narration and I hated the blasphemy. I really battled to keep listening.....

Heavy but good

Samantha and Charlotte are sisters that went through a terrible ordeal when they were young and their mother was murdered. There is now a new murder that they are investigating.

The story was very cleverly revealed, going through the past and present simultaneously and connecting the characters in mind blowing ways. There are a number of twists which wereamazing and hectic. The story was very good, but also a bit heavy so i would not recommend this for sensitive listeners.

Overall, the story was thrilling, mysterious and action packed.

Best of Karin!

As a top fan of Slaughter (and is my best friend) we can both confirm this could be her best book! Excellently written as always but two major plot twists that you do not see coming! Very well read as well, loved it.

Giving up

What a shame. Great story, I guess, at least from what I listened to so far, but the narrator spoils it totally for me and I am giving up listening after 3,5 chapters.
