Fantastic guide for all mid life women
Kristin and Maria have gathered so much knowledge and made it accessible for all. BHRT is something that our physicians have not been properly educated on, so we as women need to educate ourselves and advocate for ourselves. This book is quite technical and provides all the back up information needed so those so inclined can do further research. However, if technical is not your thing, that is OK too, you can still get so much out of this book. Thank you Kristin and Maria for getting this information out there - BHRT has literally been a lifesaver for me, all thanks to both of you.
