Publisher's summary

For anyone who's ever been on the receiving end of an unsolicited dick pic....

He has the muscles of Adonis, an ego bigger than the sun, and a very clear desire to get back in my pants. Which would be fantastic if he weren't a SEAL and I wasn't a criminal.

Although, I prefer the term avenger. I'm a hacktivist, cleaning up the cesspool of cyberspace one scam artist and troll at a time, and I sometimes bend a few rules to get justice done.

He's a military man with abs of glory, sworn to uphold the letter of the law no matter its shortcomings. And if he'd known who - or what - I was, I doubt he would've banged me at my best friend's wedding reception. Or come back for more.

Which is why he's now the only thing standing between me and one very pissed-off internet troll who's figured out where I live. I'm pretty sure he'll get me out of this alive - and quite satisfied, thank you very much - but I'm also pretty sure this mission will end with me in handcuffs.

And not the good kind of handcuffs.

Contains mature themes.

There’s someone for everyone even if you’re crazy and quirky

Rhett and Eloise are perfect together in all their weird quirky save the world bada**ness. Their weirdness is what makes this love story so great because aren’t we all a little weird and a little afraid that our weird might make us unlovable? It doesn’t though. Teddy Hamilton and Maxine Mitchell do a fantabulous job bringing Rhett and Eloise is life. Rhett is a Navy Seal currently on recruiting duty after an error with his team. He’s out of sorts and worried about his team. Eloise is independently wealthy and user her hacking skills to stand up to jerks in cyberspace. Eloise is also good friends with and a band mate of Rhett’s sister. Following a wedding hookup, when one of Eloise’s cyber vigilante choices result in real danger Rhett pushes his way into the middle of it to protect Eloise. The connection between Rhett and Eloise grows weirdly and organically through each hilarious and slightly dangerous part of their adventure until their HEA is a foregone conclusion. But it is a wild, hilarious and at times cringy journey that will give you all the feels - you’ll laugh, swoon, cry, cringe, cheer, groan, roll your eyes, and happy sigh. I love the Girl Band series.

warm and fuzzy

Another home run without any baseball for Pippa Grant. Superhero Seal and Superhero Hacker, both a little bit of crazy and perfect for each other. The narrators were perfect as well. I wouldn't mind some Ass of Glory.

Typically excellent Pippa Grant book

Same humor and style as her best books. Definitely worth listening to! And the readers are of course the best.

Funny romance with a touch of danger

The hero Navy Seal who is back home reconnecting with family and ends up finding love unexpectedly. The chase that includes strong sexual tension and chemistry. I’m surprised this is not a series with the family having 5 kids there could be 4 more books. Over all good story that is entertaining and quirky.
The narrators sounded good together. I can across this book while looking books narrated by Teddy Hamilton. I’m glad I found it and will listen to other books by this author.

Don't like when women talk dirty talk like a tramp.

I enjoy romance and don't think of myself as a prude. Am disappointed in Ms Grant for female lead way of talking. Made her look and sound bad. Put herself down. did not make her look strong but embarrassing.

My favorite!

I’m a huge Pippa fan, but this is my favorite of the Band stories!! Eloise and Rhett are both laugh-out-loud funny, with a quirky love story that can’t help but charm! I own every Pippa book in ebook form, but this is one that I had to own on audio, as well. The narration definitely lives up to the story.

I had tears running down my face!!! Such a great and funny book. I love the FMCs sparky personality. I loved the texts scenes. Pippa is an awesome author.

As for the narrators, these 2 are on my top 5 list. Great job gang!,

Hilarious

I have never laughed so hard at a characters wide vocabulary in which they describe their lady bits. Narrators were perfect. And this story is not the typical meet, fall in love, fight, break up, HEA story. You get the HEA, but the way you get there is original. 100% would read/listen to again.
