The result was the Hitler Youth, founded in 1922, which by war-time constituted the single most successful mass movement in the Third Reich and comprised many of its most committed Nazis.
The Hitler Youth tells the story of the origins of the movement in more innocent aims, and how its aims morphed over time to become a powerful way to disseminate Nazi ideas to an undiscerning audience.
