Disappointing
Implausible plot, and Kate’s use of language is no longer in touch with the generation she’s writing about. “Smarty pants.” Etc
Her constant metaphors are also becoming tiresome. Have been huge fan, but this book disappointed me.

Usually like Kate White’s books, but not this one.
There was too much going on, and a lot of it seemed so implausible. Those things alone I can usually deal with, but by the time I got to the end I didn’t remember who all of these minor characters mentioned in passing at the beginning were- much less what their relation to one another was. A big letdown from an author I usually like.

I usually don’t leave reviews.
I have never left a review on Audible before. I have been listening for years and this is one of the first times that I actually laughed out loud at some of the plot lines. This book is just not good.
