Wish I had this input years ago.
After finishing my first listen to Mrs nigara’s book, I'm certain, on my next venture, this text will have to be referenced constantly. My moving business of 17 years folded, it was like losing a family member. Had I had half of the systems in place that LuAnn lays out, my business would have thrived. So many things wee done without purpose and intent. My customers were well taken care of and had very few complaints. But my family as and employees deserved better. I'm looking forward to my next venture, with LuAnn’s guidelines being strictly adhered to. Thanks LuAnn for putting down what I need to pick up.
