The ending you prayed for!
Though it may have seemed prolonged in the middle - but that is likely because you were feeling the main characters pain and just wanted relief! Great writing put you in his shoes and helped you to suspend and moral compunction about 'swatting the mosquito."

Pesky mosquito
Michael has always been labeled a nice guy. After vacationing with Rupert a man who constantly nags at Michael he loses his nice guy act.
…
The Mosquito is a short humorous story of murder by the nicest guy. Will Watt narrates with a British accent creating that atmospheric feeling. BA Paris writes a unique metaphoric short story where Rupert is similar to that pesky mosquito.

Enjoyed this pesky tale!
This was a humorous short tale of a vacation after one's divorce, with a change of pace and super annoying situations. You could feel the annoyance building as the story went on, feeling so frustrated for him! The ending was slightly shocking and rather clever!

😂 bugged
Cute story. definitely didn't end the way I thought it would. Will Watt is awesome, I love his voice. Could have listened to more, if it was longer..... a lot of detail in a short listen.

A great short story! The slow build and narration had me sympathizing with the main character and equally annoyed with the protagonist. I was eager to find out how it ended - perfect!
