Helpful thoughts
I have being feeling a lot of soul searching as I work through some things and this book helped me pick up pieces in my life and examine them from different angles. Many of her ideas resonated with and encouraged me.
If you have toxic people on your life; if you are a people pleaser; if you struggle make changes out of fear or uncertainty—this book will help you challenge yourself to be better.

Awareness is everything!
Knowing and being aware is everything. This book will help you sort out your feelings so you do not accept things that do not fit you. A game changer for certain. Najwa’s narration of the book is flawless. Her voice is perfectly poised and very meditative.

The book I didn’t know I needed
Your book came out at the perfect time. How the timing aligned with my healing journey feels as if my prayers were answered. I’m not a religious person but I find peace in prayer. I prayed in the middle of the night because I was struggling with so many thoughts. I asked for guidance, and your words gave me that in the most profound way. Understanding that my mind and my body were not aligned. That’s why I saw comfort in what I should have seen a red flag…
I can’t believe that you have experienced the same exact situations as me. It’s like you wrote my life in your book but finally I get an opportunity to heal instead of constantly drain/blame myself.
