More black men need access to this information

I really enjoyed listening to the stories from Don Peebles successes over entrepreneurial career. The book almost read, like I was getting a step-by-step blueprint on what it takes to be successful not only in real estate, real estate development, how to build relationships along the way. Don displays a humble, hard-working, and emotionally intelligent leader, that is a prime example of what success could look like at its highest level in any industry. I’d recommend this book to every one who’s interested in either real estate and entrepreneurship.
