Determined to prove her peers wrong, she continues to stalk her prey. Once he has avenged his family’s murder, the Phantom continues to rescue others from disaster. Having taken down the Mafia, the criminals are feeling the effects of his actions. Finally, with their backs against the wall, they bring in a host of ninja to deal with one of their own kind. The most feared of them is the Dragon who has two reasons for taking the assignment: money and to avenge his brother’s death. In the meantime, Agent Carson conjures up a plan, hoping to set a trap. In doing so, she unintentionally creates her own legend. Now there are two heroes: The Phantom & Delilah!
