If you need a boost in your leadership skills, give this book a try. Typical Jon Gordon book: full of inspiration, catchy phrases and cliches and inspiring. It’s not a masterpiece, nor does it have groundbreaking insights. It’s a good compilation of Jon’s wisdom and stories to help you focus on what matters in the role of being a leader.

Great examples of positivity in action

I enjoyed how the author demonstrated ways that a positive attitude can lead to stronger performance in sports, at work, and even improve our relationships with everyone from fellow students and colleagues to coaches and supervisors, and even among our more private relationships with family and friends.
