This book can help get your mind right. I am glad this book reminded me that success is not totally material things. Just being happy is success. I am reminded I need to be serious about keeping a journal and definitely need more positive self talk and awareness. Listing anything and everything even goals is good habits. Good Common Sense
I would say that most of this book is good common sense. However, common sense isn't perhaps that common and there are so many points in here that, if you do them, I believe will help a lot. A good overall book for focusing in and getting the mental side of your life right. I cannot give 5 stars as there are a couple of narrating mistakes which haven't been edited out.
