Amazing

If I can stick to actually applying these action steps then I can definitely see how I will get the results I am after. Having only tried a few things already it has started to give me additional confidence and to overcome my fears.

Very good book easy to listen to

Helpful pointer and exercises. Hope I can get to the point where I can do all the exercises but it def helped push me.

There are only a few books I can remember that have been life-changing. How to Win Friends and Influence People. peace is every step. and this book.

Excellent!

Exactly what I was looking for in terms of insight and practical advice. Definitely a game changer. If you experience social anxiety, this is the one book you should read. Also, the book isn't only for men. I am a woman and I found many examples in the book relevant to my situation; the theory behind them, as presented by Aziz, are profound and relevant for everyone.

Amazing book!

It really has helped me to see my life in a new way. I'll definitely be listening to this again, whenever I feel that I'm not good enough and when I have a hard time being myself and letting go. Dr Aziz rules! Now I'm gonna look for other books by him.

a good book for shy people to encourage communication. The examples described to face objection help me to understand it is normal.

Good and simple guide to people who suffers from social anxiety

This book will guide you if you are suffering of social anxiety. But it will not explain to you what is social anxiety assuming you already know what it is.

I liked how the writer simplified the process of how to break free from social anxiety. And explained the misconception in the mind of the person who suffers from it.

I didn’t like that the writer referred sometimes to social anxiety as shyness where they are completely different.
