Good Content
I thought this had some great content. Much of is was self-evident, but Covey does a great job backing up is organization of the outline with case studies and research. I got a lot out of this book.

Great content, twice as long as it needed to be
Great topic, but not sure why the author chose to drone on and on hammering and repeating the points over and over again. Could have been 6 hours instead of 12 hours long and just as effective
