Resumen del Editor

Clinical pharmacology is often one of the most challenging topics for healthcare professionals. This is a compilation of my favorite case scenarios, drug interactions, and clinical pearls from my practice as a clinical pharmacist. This book is a perfect piece of education for pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and nurses who are looking to pick up real-life clinical practice pearls about medication management. It is ideal for the new professional or student trying to gain more confidence when it comes to medication management.

Excellent context and a great refresher course!

I loved the clinical pearls! They’re very practical and are normally encountered in the health care practice. With the growing list of medications and multiple drug interactions, this book is highly recommended to the newly grads as well as to those that have been in practice for years. Kudos to the author, the narrator, and the book itself!

Eric is the perfect audible orator

This book was extremely well done by Eric Christianson. A soothing and enjoyable voice made listening a pleasure . He made a very difficult subject not only easier to understand by giving examples, pearls, and lists. I’m quite OCD and loved the organization of chapters, case studies and overall attention to detail particularly in the elderly. Well done!

Great stuff!

The clinical pearls and mnemonics that were spread throughout the book definitely made learning about the drugs easier. It is great how the book is laid out and easy to listen.

Very Practical for HC Professionals

As a recent PharmD. graduate, I found this book very useful! I think other HC professionals will find this book useful as well. A great book to listen to during your commute to work or while cleaning the house.

Fantastic for New and Old Providers

As a Midlevel APRN working in an area where patients can not travel to internal medicine doctors to manage multiple comorbidities, this book is so worth it! It really ties together the need for medication clarifications as well as interactions. Less is truly more many times. It drives home the importance of really getting to the bottom of The “WHY” patients are on the medications they are on and maximizing one medication before thinking about adding another if possible! Very helpful!
