Good Story - Don't like AI Reader
First book from this author and I enjoyed the story and characters. The pace was good and kept me listening. The only complaint is the clunky AI reader. The voice was emotionless during conflicts and life or death situations. A shout or yell was deadpan and it would take a moment to understand the emotion of the character.
Would listen to more books by this author.
Not really interested in listening to another AI reader drone through the story.

The story seemed like it had potential but I had to stop listening to it because the AI voice was so bad. It was so monotone and hard to follow at times. I don’t recommend using AI as a for narration again

The story was good and entertaining, although the characters and connections were a little confusing. But the auto-generated voice was extremely disturbing and distracting. I’ll be hard pressed to choose another book with that feature.
