Story
Rick Richardson was a writer. He was good, too, despite what the reviews might've said. They said his writing was bad, but Rick knew that wasn't true. He knew the real reason they didn't like his books was because of the content. You see, Rick wrote "splatterpunk"...it was understandable that people might be triggered by the graphic nature of his stories. But then again, that's what the trigger warnings were for.

Publisher's summary
We all face different monsters and demons in life. Whether it's a prank gone wrong, a documentary filmmaker discovering the horrible truth, a couple's hidden sex life, or the toughest decision a mother could make; the demons we face are often external influences, but sometimes... they come from within.
From Jason Nickey, author of 'Wreckage', 'Jasper And The Appalachian Zombies', and co-author of 'When The Mockingbird Sings' comes a new collection of unsettling stories.

Story
The modern audience hasn't had a chance to truly appreciate the unknowing dread that readers would have felt when reading Bram Stoker's original 1897 manuscript. Most modern productions employ campiness or sound effects to try to bring back that gothic tension, but we've tried something different. By returning to Stoker's original storytelling structure - a series of letters and journal entries voiced by Jonathan Harker, Dr. Van Helsing, and other characters - with an all-star cast of narrators, we've sought to recapture its originally intended horror and power.
