This book was a treasure chest of wisdom

This book was inspirational and practical as well. Since starting it several weeks ago, these teachings have already had a profound positive effect on beliefs, and behaviors that I have been working to shift. I feel so blessed by this authors insight. I will listen to this again and again.

A medicine for the modern crisis

Doug Good Feather shares the indigenous wisdom of the Lakota nation with grace, passion, and wit. It is both aspirational and practical. I enjoyed the stories, the insights, and the critique of our consumerist way of life.

Awesome

Coming from an indigenous point of view, this book is an amazing read. The fact that the author is a lakota is amazing.
