Jenna breaks it down... very real!

Step by step. Simple instructions, well laid out. The only real problem for me is that she shot down every one of my excuses! Very well done!

Great book for getting started.

Any book read by the author is almost always more enjoyable, you feel like they are really talking to you. In this case it feels like Jenna is right there helping you along through these new changes to your life. Jenna's approach is easy to follow and makes sense. She doesn't just tell you what to do, she explains the why and ties it in to a reason you should. Example (referencing the food journal), "Before you complain that its no fun jotting every single thing down, ask yourself this: Is it any less fun than trying to squeeze in to your jeans that no longer fit?" Cant argue with that! Even though I devoured the book in two days, I'm only on day/change 5 and I have to say that I'm excited to see what day 30 holds! Thanks Jenna!
