Story was Good, Voices Were Not

The story itself was pretty good with easily lovable characters. The spicy scenes were enjoyable and not forced into the story. There was some unexpected resolutions which I enjoyed because I feel like I had heard it all. However, the people reading the book made me enjoy it less. The woman basically whispered and I had to constantly turn up the volume to hear her. The woman’s imitations of men were funny and I couldn’t take the story seriously. The man reading was not as bad and help me picture Rhys better.

Great Escape

Who doesn’t love a bodyguard romance? Especially one that is so well-performed by these two actors.

This story follows Bridgette and Rhys. She is the princess of Eldora and Rhys is the new bodyguard assigned to her. These two did not get along at first. He was to overbearing and she liked her freedom. She was considered the royal spare. Fulfilling her royal obligations in the US. Everything was great that is until her brother decides to abdicate the thrown. Making her the next in line for the thrown. This starts all the balls rolling. Her training to become the queen, her acceptance of her new role, and her hot and heavy relationship with her bodyguard.

Bridgette is a strong female character. She’s not just a pretty face. There is a lot going on with her. Rhys is her perfect match smart, strong, and hot as hell. He adds an element to her life she didn’t realize she was missing. But Rhys has secrets of his own. Loved the way this story came together. The story was a bit predictable at times but I loved it all the same. It was a great escape.

Could Not Stop Listening

I really enjoyed this book, & it was my first audiobook to listen to! Both voices matched perfectly with the story, & I could not stop listening! If you’re just getting started with romance novels, the Twisted Series is a great place to start!

Wonderful installment in the series!

I loved Twisted Games so much and so far it’s probably my favorite book in the series! I can’t wait to start Twisted Hate next on my reading list. Ana Huang does such an amazing job of balancing spice and plot within each of her books! I wish I had started reading books by this author sooner than now. They’re so easy to digest and the storylines keep you engaged in the overall world that the Twisted series takes place. The audiobook narrators did an incredible job bringing the characters to life and I love that the author stayed consistent with the narrators across the series!

Rhys Frikkin Larson!!!

Holy mother of god, that MAN! 🥵 every time he opened his mouth I swooned lol I absolutely loved this story! I thought I knew mid-way through exactly what was going to happen, but I was pleasantly surprised that things didn't go exactly as I expected them to. Rhys and Bridget are so dang cute together! I just love them! Fantastic book!

I liked this book better than book 1. I definitely recommend it because everyone should know Rhys Larson. Enjoy!

Royally Wrecked

Total sucker for books on royals. Loved the plot of this story. Bodyguard and Princess? Sign me up! It did have some spice to it 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Narration was pretty good as well. Definitely recommend this one!

One of the best books I’ve read in my life

This one got me biting my nails and laughing out loud as I read it. Perfect combination of romance and plot and easy dialogs. I was looking like a crazy person in traffic while listening to this book and I can’t recommend this enough.
