I enjoyed this book and I like the narrator. The only thing I have to complain about is her Pronunciation of pecan, it's not a peecan and conroe is pronounced con-row.

fantastic creepy thriller!
These are some of the most likable characters in fiction. You can't help but cheer them on. The author creates a fabulous and creepy world for the characters to explore. I highly recommend this series and look forward to reading more.

Liked it, but not for everyone.
It was a paranormal story and a lesbian romance novel. Those two genre’s didn’t necessarily go together here, the paranormal story was infused with the romance for no apparent benefit. Either plot could have stood on its own. So a bit odd and I liked it but I can see why others who prefer one of the genres may not.
