Publisher's summary

A secret society is out for my blood and ripped me away from my fated mate.

For my entire life, I've been an outcast someone that everyone steered clear from.

But everything changed the day I received a full-ride scholarship to Evergreen Elite and met my broody fated mate—Raffe.

There I discovered the truth about the supernatural world and my own rare heritage.

It's the very reason Raffe's father, the wolf shifter king, is determined for the two of us not to complete our fated mate bond.

Between the king and the secret society that kidnaps me, people are determined to keep Raffe and me apart.

A war is brewing, and somehow, I'm the catalyst for it to begin.

All I know is that I won't be on either side of the fight because I'll make my own damn path even if I must go it alone.

Get this steamy and suspenseful touch her and unalive, broody male, forbidden love, fated mates, royal wolf shifter romance today!

Book #2 in The Forbidden Mate Trilogy. A forbidden, beautiful college romance with spice, drama, adventure and wonderful characters. Love Sky + Raffe and how this book picks up where the last one left of.

Loving This Series

5 ⭐ 2 🌶 5 🎧

I am absolutely loving this series. The first book was full of bully goodness, but this second book was all about fated mates and gahhhh I love Rafe and Sky. This installment was full of suspense and action while we work on uncovering the secret society. It's mildly spicy, but what there is is so perfect.

Josie and her love, my heart. That ending was such a surprise and I really hope we get more because I adore her and I love the whole idea of their relationship.

And then that cliffhanger! We have more questions than answers as we finish this one, but it just has me racing for the conclusion to this trilogy, I can not wait for the audio to release.

Marnye Young is amazing and I love her as Skylar and co. She brought these characters to life so wonderfully and I had such a great time listening to this book.

Great book! Can't wait for the last one!

I have been waiting for this book ever since I finished listening to the cliffhanger that was Wolf Mate. Luckily we jump right back in with Wolf Bitten and oof, poor Skylar. Y’all, this poor girl continues to go through it in this book. It feels like every time she turns around something or someone else is gunning for her. I will say that because of this we get to see Skylar really come into her own and show that she’s fierce and has no problem taking care of herself.

I was totally invested in this book from the very beginning. And while there were a few things that were a little repetitive, it kept my attention throughout the entire book to the point that when I got to the end, I just stopped and said “Wait. That’s it? That’s the end?” I totally called the revelation at the end, so it wasn’t surprising, and the end wasn’t really a cliffhanger like the last book was, but it definitely made me want the next book ASAP.

The narration on this was just as great as the last book. Marnye Young did an amazing job brining these characters and story to life and I can’t wait to see what she does with the last book.

Nail biting drama!!

The second installment picks up right where Book 1 left off, and thank goodness! This one was a nail-biter—intense and gripping. Both Raffe and Skylar have to confront so many challenges, and I cannot wait to see what happens next! I just know everything is going to come to a head.

In theory a good story, but issues mainly arise bc she’s such a forgetful idiot

I love these kinds of stories. But there are so many “misunderstandings” and such obvious missed opportunities bc she conveniently couldn’t connect the big fat dots in front of her or conveniently forgot things she keeps being reminded of over and over. She gets distracted by lust to an absurdly dangerous extent and to the point of not being aware of imminent death for not only herself but her supposed friends.

The core story line and characters are fun as is. It would be far more interesting if it were an actual intellectual quest following actual clues and finding solutions rehashing lost wisdom not just missing out on the obvious misunderstandings contrived to make some sort of story work.
