37 Minuets of Compassion

As a person who suffers and has loved ones who suffer from mental health complications, I fully enjoyed listening to others explain their views. Hearing other's perspectives on what their experiencing, helps me relate to mental health better, wither that relation is with myself or with what I am witnessing with my loved ones. Thank you for the 37 minuets of compassion, needed and very appreciated :)

Open and Honest

I love how freely everyone talked about their mental health and how it affected them. As someone who has struggled with mental health since childhood, it filled my heart with so much compassion and happiness listening to this book. It shows those who struggle with mental health that we, too, have a voice. Talking about mental health openly can be difficult. Thank you, everyone, who put this together. The more we speak out and help those who struggle, the more we start to change the lives of others as well as our own.
