Wrapped Up In You by Nikki Ash is a holiday romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige.

I absolutely love Nikki's books! She always gives me all the feels with each of her books. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Pierce and Kelsie. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Sarah and Tim did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for a holiday romance, single mom romance, firefighter romance, or a small-town romance.

This is the perfect romance to get you in the mood for Christmas. It is slightly tragic in the beginning, but is so beautiful. Kelsey is a single mother trying to make a fresh start for her daughter and remove them from the toxicity of her parents and her daughter’s grandparents. They move to a small town called Christmas to start their new lives. This book left me all warm and fuzzy. Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige did a wonderful job narrating this book.

My favorite this holiday season!

Nikki Ash is such a wonderful author. I absolutely loved this audiobook! It's been my favorite holiday listen so far this year. The storyline was heartwarming and the characters were easy to like. Kelsie's story just broke my heart. I loved her from the beginning. Pierce was so patient and true. A real hero! My heart squeezed for both of them. I will be listening to this again!

Tim Paige and Sarah Puckett are excellent narrators. Both are favorites of mine. They perform with such passion that the audiobook rolled like a movie in my head. Perfection.

Wonderful Story & Listen🎧Charming & Heartwarming!

This charming and wonderfully delightful story captivated my attention and tugged at my heartstrings. It is a romance set around the holidays that you can enjoy anytime of the year. The story starts off on a sad note, with Kelsie and her young daughter Jordan surviving a house fire, but Trent, her boyfriend and Jordan’s father did not. Kelsie had a falling out with her family over her accidental pregnancy, so she had no one to turn to except take the offered help from Trent’s family, who blamed her for their son’s death. Trent’s mom was cruel to her and after three years she had enough and was moving out, and it was Jordan who picked where they would move to. Since Jordan loved Christmas, she chose the small town of Christmas Valley. It was difficult being a single mom with no support and she struggled financially, but did the best that she could. She meets Pierce on a shopping trip, and his act of kindness saved the day, more so for Jordan, since it was an embarrassing situation for Kelsie to be in. Pierce and Kelsie instantly connected, but Kelsie grew cautious when she discovered he was a firefighter, worried about the risks involved in his line of work. Pierce does not give up on her, let her friend zone him until he works another angle. This small down romance will warm your heart, it is low in angst and despite the conflict from her own family and Trent’s, she not only finds love again but a family who accepts her with open arms. Nikki Ash, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride. 

🎧📚🎧And for the fantastic narration, Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige were the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. They had a great understanding of the characters and played each role convincingly. I loved how they took each role, ran with it, and made it their own. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotional and had you feeling each one. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Emotional

Having Kelsie narrated by Sarah Puckett and Pierce narrated by Tim Paige was like opening up a Christmas gift. It was a surprise, and a very good one indeed. These performers brought single-mom Kelsie and Pierce the firefighter to life. The emotions were obvious in the story and this pair definitely made you feel it.

Wonderful Christmas Romance!

This book pulled a lot of different emotions out of me.  Kelsie lost her boyfriend and the father of her daughter in a fire and was now alone with her young daughter because her parents disowned her because she had a baby and his parents blamed her for his death.  I felt her sadness throughout this story because both of the narrator’s performances were exceptional.  Kelsie finds a small town to live in and meets a firefighter while she is shopping.  She suffers from guilt and doesn’t feel like she should be with anyone, but Pierce falls head over heels for her.  This is such a sweet story and the romance between Kelsie and Pierce was wonderful.  Pierce also loved Kelsie’s daughter as his own.  The town they were in was all about Christmas, so this was a great story to listen to during the holidays.  Narration was awesome and I would totally recommend this story.  I can see myself listening to this yearly during the Christmas season!

standalone Christmas romance

A beautiful Christmas themed romance of second chances and survival. Ash delivers a well written and beautifully narrated romance read with Puckett and Paige being our dual narrators who bring our main characters of Kelsie and Pierce. Kelsie has never really known unconditional love - not from her parents and has never had the support system she should. When tragedy strikes and Kelsie and her young daughter are the only survivors of a house fire - she's left with the choice of continuing to be beaten down or starting life fresh - well, yeah, a fresh start in a small town sounds perfect - but life as a single mom is hard. Pierce is a firefighter who has hurt by a past love and hasn't been interested in anyone - until now. When his eyes meet Kelsie, the chemistry is instant, but he has a lot to prove before she lets her guard down to trust anyone. Thankfully Pierce is up for the job - until an unexpected turn of events makes him question everything. Will the love that these two have formed be enough to survive the past when it rears up and threatens everything? Amazing characters and a small Christmas town you'll fall in love with. I adored this book and thought is was the perfect mix of sweet, steam and Christmas magic. Some great comic relief added too. This book gives all the feels and I can't wait for more from Ash!

Sweet

This is a very sweet read. If you need something to just relax and feel good, this book is it. Both narrator did an excellent job at narrating

SO sweet, and an addictive small-town setting.

Incredibly sweet read, written in alternating POVs, first-person and with an adorable little girl character to boot. It’s the perfect mix of tragedy, ‘villain’ moments, sweet scenes, and spice, with lots of ‘real-life’ stuff mixed in. The romance goes sort of quickly but it’s all completely plausible.

Wrapped Up in You

Wrapped Up in You is a cute story about a single mom/firefighter hero. This book is about Kelsie and Pierce.

This book starts off with Kelsie and her daughter Jordan surviving a house fire. Kelsie's boyfriend passes away in the fire, and Kelsie will do whatever she can to take care of her daughter. Kelsie does not have an easy life. Kelsie's parents were not there for her when she got pregnant and told her she was on her own.

Now a few years later Kelsie and Jordan end up in a small town called Christmas Valley. They both have a love for Christmas. Kelsie meets Pierce when she's struggling to pay for her groceries. He steps in and helps her.

From there they form a friendship, that could turn into more. They start falling for each other, but after surviving the fire, Kelsie can't date a firefighter. This book is so cute and Jordan was adorable. I loved how Pierce treated Jordan, and seeing Kelsie and Pierce grow as characters.

I enjoy reading books by this author and am excited for more!
