In 3 days, Jonny will be taking on his next huge challenge, running to all of the capital cities of the UK and Ireland, starting in Edinburgh and finishing in London.

To do this, he will have to cover 960km in just 11 days.

Jonny shares his reason for taking on such an unfathomable challenge, as well as the planning and preparation required. They also explore how the running community has changed, how to better deal with setbacks, the positives and negatives of social media, and much much more.
