    This week we review the US Open golf championship. It will be talk about for a long time for the right and wrong reasons one suspects. Sensational finish by the champion on the final hole with a death glory shot. Whilst favourite player struggled with his putter and missed two short putts, which one hopes does not become his defining moment. At the highest level, the pressure on the players is unimaginable for the average golfer and nobody is exempt from pressure. McIlroy did not have a collapse he simply at a critical moment did not execute short putts one of which was about as routine as it gets, whilst the other had a break that was downhill and not easy.
