Kate Milligan is an Emmy-nominated producer, writer, speaker, story-teller, host of The 1 Girl Revolution Podcast, and founder of 1 Girl Revolution, She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs and Political Communication from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland.

Kate worked in public relations and media for 15 years and founded 1 Girl Revolution in an effort to tell the stories of everyday women and girls that are so often ignored, forgotten and marginalized. Kate decided to use her PR and media skills to create a nonprofit multimedia enterprise that is dedicated to telling the authentic stories of women and girls who are changing the world through their lives.

Kate’s first short documentary “The Girl Inside” was nominated for an Emmy Award in December 2021 and her second documentary “In Tandem” was released in May 2022.

Kate has appeared on numerous television and radio programs and she speaks regularly on a variety of issues including world-changing women, female empowerment, culture, the importance of storytelling, forgotten populations, the power of one – and how we have the power to change the world, and so much more.

Award-winning entrepreneur, Kenya Mobley, is the owner of On Track Truck Driving School. She has made history by being the first female to own a truck driving school in Arlington, Texas. Motivated by her humble beginnings and determination to beat the odds, as once a teenage mother, she founded the Code Purple organization to mentor teenage mothers. Mobley is also the author of a motivational journal titled, One Step Closer - 90 Day Guide to Self-Love. Kenya Mobley is a powerful motivational speaker who has been featured in many articles and has won several awards including the Live Life Epic Award and the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce's 2020 Quest for Success Award.

Jessica Rhodes, Owner F-R Strategies

Jessica Rhodes has more than fifteen years of professional fundraising experience. Jessica has held a variety of roles within a nationally recognized non-profit. Her career began as a development and communications intern before being hired on as a development officer in 2009. Over the next six years she worked her way up to become Vice President of Regional Development. In that role she developed fundraising strategies to meet increased budget needs across a 161 county territory with 7 priority markets. Her strategy focused on diversifying fundraising portfolios and transitioning special events to be utilized more efficiently. Jessica has experience in grant development, corporate relationship management, major gifts and individual giving. Jessica is an expert in special event management, committee and volunteer recruitment, and board development. Other areas of expertise are staff management and developing fundraising staff to meet their full potential.
