Her career began as a development and communications intern before being hired on as a development officer in 2009. In that role she developed fundraising strategies to meet increased budget needs across a 161 county territory with 7 priority markets. Dr. Dana Gibbs is an educator, Hormone expert, board-certified ENT, and allergist. Dr. Gibbs attended medical school in San Antonio Texas and trained in Otolaryngology at the University of Kansas.

Her experience of ill health during her teen years all the way to her 30's led to profound changes in the way she practices medicine.
