    & although emotional eating is a natural part of our eating experiences,

    when it is THE primary coping mechanism to deal with our emotions & unmet needs, it turns into problematic eating behavior that we need to address.

    In this episode I share with you one of the fundamental tools we use in mindful eating & eating psychology; The Hunger-Fullness Scale.

    Applying this scale is going to deepen your awareness of your body, help you understand your body & its cues, catch & identify its comfortable vs. uncomfortable levels of hunger & fullness that, & allow you to serve your body in a better way without relying on diet rules or external factors!!

    Grab a piece of paper, draw a number line & then as you are tuning into the description of the Hunger-Fullness Scale I am walking you through in this episode, you are creating your own hunger-fullness scale to use with your eating experiences!!
