    Anna describes an intense, transformative experience where she loses her physical sensations and perceives her body as shrinking until only her consciousness remains. Anna feels compelled to reach the Light, but an elastic barrier of water prevents her. As she struggles against this barrier, she realizes the fear and attachment holding her back are her own. Eventually, she manages to merge with the Light, experiencing a profound sense of friendship and understanding. The Light communicates telepathically, teaching Anna to avoid harming others and prompting her to reflect on her feelings and desires. Ultimately, Anna decides to return to Earth to rectify past wrongs, accepting the limitations of human existence with a sense of peaceful resignation.

    At around the age of 11 or 12, Susan recounts a profound experience while swimming alone in their pool. As she submerged themselves underwater, she unexpectedly found herself in a tunnel of light and energy. In this tunnel, she felt surrounded by an overwhelming sense of love, warmth, and peace, accompanied by beautiful, indescribable music. She sensed the presence of unseen beings, whom she felt were connected to her, including family and ancestors. Among these presences, Susan heard her grandmother's voice, who gently conveyed that it was not her time to stay in that place. Despite feeling welcomed and at home, the narrator was reminded of her family, particularly her mother, and felt compelled to return to her body. Upon reentering her body, she felt the physical sensations of needing air and surfaced from the water. It took Susan many years to share this experience, fearing parental disapproval for swimming unsupervised. Additionally, the presence of her grandmother's spirit puzzled her, as she was alive and living far away at the time of the experience.

She communicates with a divine being who guides her through various revelations, including witnessing the future lives of her sons, understanding the importance of her role as a mother, and experiencing a life review without judgment. She also learns about the interconnectedness of all beings and the universal love that surrounds them. Despite feeling reluctant to leave this divine presence, she eventually agrees to return to her body, carrying with her the understanding that love is the most valuable thing she can bring back to the world.
