Luis discusses his personal journey with severe health issues, including kidney failure and obesity. The interview is with Luis King, who was on a kidney transplant list due to uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes. He was struggling with his health and was depressed, but his wife encouraged him to seek alternative methods. He went to Italy and noticed that the farm-to-table food made him feel better, so he started eating fresh meats instead of processed foods. He got bariatric surgery and was able to reverse his health issues and lose weight. His GFR has improved and he is now feeling much better.
