Albert started his journey into the world of health and fitness as a collegiate athlete at the University of Florida, where he ran track and majored in Food Science & Human Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. His passion for performance and nutrition accelerated him into starting a gym in NY and ultimately his highly regarded supplement company, Promix. We had a great conversation with Albert talking about nutrition, performance, launching businesses, and much much more - enjoy!
