On this episode we get to talk to a Filipino Basketball All Star. He has been across the world playing basketball for the San Miguel Beermen as a point guard. Not only that but Chris, in his tenure with the Beermen, is known for his defensive skills, thus has been recognized as one of the best defenders in the league. He is an 8 time PBA Champion as well as a 2 time PBA Finals MVP.

Chris Ross is a native San Antonian. He played high school basketball at John Jay High School in San Antonio, Texas, where as a junior, he sank a 50-foot half-court buzzer-beater to give Jay the 2002 Class 5A state basketball championship. After high school he played college basketball at McLennan Community College and Marshall University.

On this episode we bring back a somebody you've seen before and switch things up a bit. JD Flores joins us today as the host to put our one an only Carlos Garcia on the hot seat. 

Carlos has endured several challenges in his life from playing football as a kid to jumping into the street life. Certain decisions in his life and situations put him in difficult places where it could mean life or death. Life came back knocking and he realized that he could not pursue that life anymore if he wanted a future. School and a great partner pushed him to excel. 

After learning and pushing himself in school he set his eyes on New Western Acquisitions where he quickly scaled up into opening a new office in Northwest San Antonio and later becoming the GM of New Western San Antonio.

When I first met Darren I offered him the opportunity to create a different future for himself by joining New Western Acquisitions. Little did I know that that path was going to launch him into the stratosphere both in real estate and in life. 

Darren Johnson began his journey as a musician in middle school up until late high school where his popularity rose but so did the conflicts surrounding him. He did not want to become a name in his neighborhood and therefore went to find a way in life a becoming a waiter and later on joining USAA. 

While living with his sister he saw as she got her real estate license and was intrigued by the career path and decided he should try it out. One can say he has never looked back since. Six years after joining the ranks of New Western Acquisitions he has become the General Manager for the Northwest office in San Antonio. But this is not the end of his story this is only the beginning. Please sit down and take some notes because Darren has some knowledge and experience to drop and may push you to BET ON YOURSELF!

Marcela Alcala started her career in criminology and although she enjoyed the career path her true dream lay in investigating. Unfortunately it wasn't in her destiny to join the police force and therefore went on to pursue a different career path at her father's suggestion. Little did she know that push
would have her pursue a career in investment real estate. She has excelled at New Western Acquisitions as a Sales Agent, then a Acquisitions Agent and now a Sales Manager on top of all that. Her new found leadership has pushed her to test herself as a leader and mentor for newcomer agents.  Marcela continues to enjoy her little escapes into the investigating world by diving into some police dramas every now and then but she will continue pushing herself as a real estate agent and keep treading higher in the ranks.

In this episode Marcela takes us on a journey unlike any other and we dive into her experiences and motivations as she continues to push the envelope to achieve her path to always leveling up.

Steven Morfin is great looking guy, musician, avid poker player and an top acquisition agent or home buyer for New Western Acquisitions San Antonio. Steven has lived a very interesting life. His journey begins as a drummer for the band Moments in Tragedy. Once that path came naturally to an end he welcomed Texas Hold'em and traveled the country playing poker for a living. As he toured the poker scene he began craving a different type of hustle. The search for a different opportunity led him to get his real estate license during his travels and eventually to New Western Acquisitions where he has pushed the limits of what he can achieve becoming the Top Acquisitions Agent in San Antonio. Steven has consistently been putting in the work and pushing his limits all the while enjoying life and continuously pursuing the hustle. 

In this episode Steven takes us on a journey unlike any and we dive into his mind and what motivates and pushes him to continue his path to always leveling up.

Andy Ramirez is the General Manager of New Western Acquisitions San Antonio North West. He is also a leader, husband, and father. Andy has started leveling up since his early teenage years. He was a great athlete playing soccer his entire high school career and went on to become a lawyer at UIW in San Antonio. After some attempts at studying law and several business attempts his focus turned to real estate where he excelled into becoming the GM.

In this podcast Andy takes us across all his different levels and how he has achieved them as well as how he has leveled up and how he will attain newer levels and where those new challenges might take him.
