  • Summary

  • The Bloom Where You're Planted Podcast sponsored by Never Too Late Cafe is part of the Never Too Late Cafe online community and marketing platform developed to encourage creative endeavors that may have been put on the back burner for sometimes decades. Developing one’s art or becoming an entrepreneur after so many years during a stage of life often referred to as “the next chapter” or the “second act” can be a scary path to go alone. At Never Too Late Cafe we hope to provide the tools and a supportive environment to share the challenges and the joys of your journey. If you are someone that has ever said, “Someday I’ll finish that collection of short stories that’s gathering dust up on the shelf,” or “Someday I’ll start that business I’ve always dreamed about,” join us to share your story.

  • Episode 101 - George Galanek & Dave Gutkowski
    Jul 18 2024

Originally from the Bronx section of New York City, New York, Galanek currently lives in Blackwood, New Jersey. We discuss his time as a youth spent in an area long destroyed by modernization.

As we chat, he shares with us as his writing spirits prompt him to offer his inspirations and words of wisdom in his book, Life and Love, the Spirits of Liverpool.

One may not realize at first that this publication is his debut release at the age of 92!

He holds a strong belief in family and love and embodies a sense of wanting to share knowledge to the next generation. Some of his vivid stories are full of cliches (many nearly forgotten) and are peppered throughout with his views on life.

His book, Life and Love, the Spirits of Liverpool, can be found on Amazon both in print and on Kindle
