  • Mike Boxall in conversation with John Goddard OBE
    Sep 10 2024

Professor John Goddard OBE talks to Mike Boxall, senior adviser to PA Consulting on strategy and policy developments in the HE and FE sectors.

Mike has spent more than 30 years consulting to universities, colleges, policy makers and private investors in the UK and overseas, and is known across the HE sector for his numerous publications, articles and conference presentations on the changing environment and business of higher education.

His output of thought leadership papers have proved influential on the thinking of leadership teams across the sector, and his work on an annual survey of university vice-chancellors (which he has run for nearly 20 years) has tracked and anticipated changing relationships between universities, government and places.

Please note: this conversation was recorded earlier in 2024, and refers to PA Consulting's 2023 survey of University Vice-Chancellors, which you can find here: https://www.paconsulting.com/newsroom/times-higher-education-uk-vice-chancellors-fear-sector-has-never-faced-greather-threats-12-october-2023
