In this episode, I take on the challenge of being my own podcast guest. I speak about the benefits of keeping a routine for one's individual lifestyle. I also speak about the associated challenges and some ways I work around them.

I'm not a professional so the best advice does not come from me. I'm just giving my humble opinion lolz. Regardless, be proud of yourself today! Showing up is half the work.

  • Confidence Tots: Why does improv makes us confident?
    Nov 13 2022
In this quick episode, I had the privilege of meeting Ms.Charley, a teacher at my school, along with 6 of her drama students in grades 2,3, and 4 about why they do drama. This episode also includes topics like the mood meter, social-emotional learning (SEL), Self-regulation, and things that make us happy.  Confidence Tots is a series within the Confidence Boost podcast that specifically focuses on kids (or tots) aged 12 and under. I think interviewing kids is important because there's tons of evidence that suggests that a lot of our behaviors stem from childhood. I feel that by interviewing children, someone in an older demographic might really resonate with what they say. Plus, kids surprise us with how intelligent they are.  I'm super grateful to have talked with these tots this week. • Confidence in High School with Grace
    Oct 23 2022
In this episode, Grace joins me in discussing themes we notice as students in our high school community. She adds a lot of humor to our conversation and definitely makes the topic fun to talk about and lighthearted. We also speak about how our feelings and habits have changed during and after the pandemic. Finally, we touch on the idea of confidence versus cringe when it comes to posting and consuming social media.
