Karen's passion is mentoring women to believe bigger in the dreams God places in their heart and developing an action plan for them to realize those dreams. She has been leading women for most of those 32 years and loves watching the personal growth that occurs on a leadership journey.


    Karen lives in Glen Allen, VA and has been married to Chuck for 22 years. Karen has 1 son, Trey, and he is now married and he and his wife, Abigail have 2 little boys, Calvin and Griffin. Karen loves her early morning walks, reading great books that grow her in her faith and in her leadership, and she is also excited to try a fabulous new wine!
