  • Should agencies spy on their recruits while they are in training?
    Sep 7 2024

In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge discuss some trends they have noticed with recruits where they undermine others or complain at the drop of a hat over things perceived as injustices (we cover some in last week's episode). Due to behaviors being brought forth due to training, should agencies go undercover as drop in candidates to see these behaviors so they can determine if the candidate belongs in their agency? Interesting concept, what do you think?
