  • The guys break down the past week's coverage of the coverage of the WNBA & specifically Caitlin Clark. This past week had folks arguing with each other, and we heard some thoughtful and thoughtless conversations about women's sports. When it comes to Caitlin, on-the-floor stuff is on-the-floor stuff. All players in all sports deal with transitioning to the pros out of college, and they always will, male or female. The discussion then turns to Kyrie Irving, who signed his father to a historic shoe deal at ANTA Sports. It's a unique move in the sneaker industry, having a player sign his father to an endorsement deal that will give the father his signature shoe. Kyrie is the chief creative officer at ANTA. Kyrie's father, Drederick played professionally in Australia after a collegiate career at Boston University. The show wraps with news and notes involving HBCUs including the list of HBCU players that are on this year's College Football Hall of Fame ballot (Michael Strahan & Rod Broadway to name a few) and the list of HBCU football games that will air on ESPN/ESPNU/ABC/ this upcoming season.
