“The person who loves to walk will walk further than the person who loves the destination.”

This was a candid conversation between two friends which was delightful to listen to. The open discussion of mental health, journeys with fitness, and different perspectives on life was refreshing and insightful. I’m grateful that it was shared and the camaraderie and mutual respect was palpable.
