• Reduce Worry While Waiting for Medical Test Results | 7-Minute Meditation

    This meditation is for anyone who is currently waiting on medical test results or a diagnosis of some kind. Remember two things: first you are not alone, and second, anything outside of the present moment is imaginary. You will get your test results, and you can handle that moment when it comes.

    Note from Jayme: As of the writing of this meditation, I find myself in this waiting-for-results situation, and while I’ll spare you the personal details, it is so helpful for me to stay in the present moment and not jump ahead to an imaginary future of doom and gloom. In the right here, right now, it is possible for all to be well, even in the face of the unknown.
