  • Quick update and thank you!
    Dec 9 2020

Oi gente! ("Hi everyone" in Portuguese)

I just wanted to give you all a quick update about the podcast and thank everyone who has been listening to it. Through this podcast I have made new connections with awesome people, I've had many moments of joy and the amazing support of my family and friends, but I also had many moments of insecurities and fear. It' is so scary to be vulnerable and to *literally* get your voice out there, but let me tell you, there is something very special in sharing your story, it may be terrifying but be sure of one thing: you are not alone.

Stay tuned for next week's episode!

  • Curlifying the Outdoors with Tammy
    Nov 11 2020

This episode is very special to me. Tammy was the first person I thought when I had the idea about this podcast. We have been following each other on Instagram for over a year now, and though our previous interactions had been liking, commenting on each other's posts, I knew I needed to hear her story (and share it as well). Our conversation was vulnerable, warm and inspiring. Tammy shared about how her journey with her natural hair was linked to her love for nature, her work in the outdoors and more.
