    What does trying your best mean to you?  What is your BIG WHY ? If you want to get Rich, why do you want to get rich, it's not only the "money" factor , there's always a deeper reason. If you want to lose weight , why do you want to ? Sure the obvious answer is  to get fit or to be in good health, but find your bigger why. The more you go deeper within you, you will find the true reason for you to be on purpose, to stay consistent day on day and that's when you're on the real journey of being the best version of you.
